Gabrielle Helene Coulter (B.F.A. SPEC. HONS.) is a fierce and passionate contemporary choreographer, writer and Groover.  Having immerged from her mother’s birthing canal in a fit of wiggles and giggles, she has been dancing as long as she can remember.  Under the tutelage of Donna Bayley, she spent over 12 years studying studio dance in the form of hip hop, jazz, lyrical, ballet and hoofing.  From there, she obtained her degree in contemporary  dance with a specialization in choreography from York university in Toronto.  Gabrielle was introduced to the Groove Method at CanFitPro, and her entire world changed.  The method’s simplicity and freeform structure has given her the exact platform she has always craved to move her body the way it was made to.  Gabrielle became a Master Trainer for the Groove method in June of 2010.  Her style is a combination of aggressive hip hop, sexy street and soulful contemporary work.  Gabrielle is based out of Montreal, QC and works as a freelance choreographer and Groove Master trainer full time.

Signe was one of the first 6 certified Zumba instructor in Denmark. She trained in Sweden in autumn 2009, even before the arrival of Zumba education in Denmark. Since March 2010, Signe lived 100% off of teaching Zumba with her company Zumbalicious. Besides teaching and working with Zumba Signe is personal trainer, fitness instructor and has worked as a Tour leader throughout the world's various mountains ranges, including New Zealand and Europe.

One of Europe's first GROOVE Method Master Trainer, Signe lives her life with the love to teach and show others how to live a life with love to themselves, to live a life with responsibility for their own health and helping others find their own unique expression.

What Signe says about her GROOVE life: For me personally Groove given me a better insight into my way of teaching, I have become aware of other things than I previously was aware of - and for the better. GROOVE has also given me a completely different confidence in relation to being an instructor and I work in a different way with my classes, my own training and my thoughts about being able to deliver the absolute best education every time. What I experience through Groove is that I get so much energy in body and soul and mind. I am happy inside, I cab laughed and move and I feel alive.  I get sweaty, trained my muscles and I leave my classes with a good and happy feeling throughout my  whole body...and I believe that everybody deserves to feel that way.

GROOVE Ambassador- Victoria, Canada

City:   Victoria, B.C.

A Quick Fun Unique Fact About Rhiannon:   I'm addicted to learning languages!

Why Rhiannon LOVES to GROOVE:   The opportunity to discover the joy of your own unique movement and ENJOY movement in a group setting sparks such a deep level of joy and wellness.  Grooving leaves room for people to shine!  What's not to LOVE?!

Why Rhiannon LOVES her local community:  For a relatively small city, Victoria is home to so many incredibly talented people.  This is a haven for artists and entrepreneurs and there is a rich sense of supportive community here.  We enjoy the features of being an international tourist desitnation while still finding that most people are only one or two degrees of separation apart.

Rhiannon's vision for where she'd like to take the GROOVE in her local community:  With the sense of community that can thrive in Victoria, I would love to see the different ways Grooving can be used to strengthen those bonds (events, GROOVEmobs, collaborative classes...).  Bringing people together and encouraging health and joy will always yield wonderful things.  I would love to see the population of Groovers grow and establish itself so that we can eventually be a destination for larger GROOVE events which can contribute to the health and wellness of a larger population.  The more people there are who can take the benefits of Grooving into the rest of their lives, the stronger and more positive our world will be!
