Funky walk, criss cross, freeze

 

Coaching and Cueing Notes:  This is a long song, you don’t have to finish it.  Great for cardio.  Start with just walking with lots of style and funk,  the criss cross starts in the legs.  Its a jumping jack alternating cross one foot in front.  You can add the arms or hold the feet and just do the arms, the arms are also a criss cross.  The music will tell you when to freeze and take a break and when to start again.  Let the music do the work for you.
