GROOVE with DANCE/ARTS Students in the UK

GROOVE classes offer students the opportunity to explore movement and express themselves creatively.  The reality of most Dance/Arts program is that they have students focusing much of their time learning technique and 'perfecting' form. 

The GROOVE Method complements technical classes by facilitating a space where students "can't get it wrong" and where they are guided to explore the possibilities of movement while adding their own personality, thus defining their own unique style.

For dancers, The GROOVE Method helps to foster creativity and prepare for freestyle audition sessions.

For "non-dancers" (like the guys is in this video who are not part of the dance program - they are in the Creative Media Production + stage build/design), GROOVE classes simply give an opportunity to get active and dance without worrying about learning and executing complex choreography.

and, most importantly...it lets students who are dedicating their lives and study to dance let go of trying and simply DANCE their @$$ off!
